I moved to San Clemente when I was 5 and grew up here, and I want to be the mortgage guy people here call first. I still live here, and I love everything about this city: the beach, the active lifestyle, the families, the friends you make, the small-town feel.
San Clemente is my home, and I love everything it has to offer. It’s pretty darn hard to beat!

Why work with me as your mortgage broker?
The advantage I bring starts before your file reaches an underwriter. I get to know your situation, review your income and property, and work through which available loan programs fit what you need to accomplish.
I'm Zach von der Linden, a mortgage broker with West Capital Lending. I work with multiple wholesale lenders, giving me different programs and requirements to consider when putting your financing together. I handle the lender and program selection, explain the structure I recommend, and walk you through the costs and trade-offs.
For a homeowner, that may mean deciding whether to replace the current mortgage or borrow separately. For a buyer, it means reviewing the financing requirements and closing timeline early.
You work directly with me throughout the process. I'm your main point of contact, I work weekends, and I keep you updated on what's needed and what happens next. My goal is for you to understand the recommendation and know where things stand at every step.
Text me what you're trying to accomplish. I'll help you figure out where to start.

I had a great experience working with my mortgage broker, Zach VonD. He was professional, knowledgeabele, and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. Zach was so easy to work with. He made a stressful situation into a very positive experience for us and did push us one way or another. He listened to what we hoped we could accomplish and made it happen.

Check your options, or text me
Check your HELOC options without impacting your credit score. Review your options, then decide whether to continue. Or text my cell and describe it in a sentence.
Decide together
I am not tied to one lender, so the job is finding the loan that fits you. Timing depends on verification, notarization and county recording. Timing is not promised.
No impact on your credit score for the first look at HELOC options. Texts go to Zach’s cell. Continuing to a full application uses a hard credit inquiry, which is explained on each page.
Who I work for
